When using the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode, it should be preheated above 200℃ and tempered around 800℃ after welding. If the weldment cannot be heat treated, chrome-nickel stainless steel electrode should be used.
6. The use of the electrode should be kept dry, titanium calcium type should be dried by 150℃ for 1 hour, low hydrogen type should be dried by 200-250℃ for 1 hour (can not be repeated drying, otherwise the coating is easy to crack and peel off), to prevent the electrode coating stick oil and other dirt, so as not to cause the increase of carbon content and affect the welding quality.
7. In order to prevent the heat caused by the eye erosion, the welding current should not be too large, less than the carbon steel electrode about 20%, the arc should not be too long, the layer between the rapid cooling, narrow welding pass is appropriate.
