Built to Exacting Standards
The reducing tees supplied were 5″ x 4″ with STD/WT wall thickness, manufactured in accordance with the ASME B16.9 specification. Fabricated from A234 Grade WPB material, each fitting was seamlessly produced to ensure strength and longevity in high-pressure pipeline systems. The fittings were externally coated with black paint to provide a clean finish and long-term corrosion resistance.
Seamless Quality Control
Quality is non-negotiable at Haihao Group. Every fitting underwent magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to detect even the smallest surface discontinuities. The bevel angle was carefully machined to 37.5° ±2.5°, ensuring smooth and secure welding during installation.
To meet our UK client’s strict requirements, we followed the BS EN 10253-2 tolerance standards in both manufacturing and final inspection. Each piece was measured and verified to comply with European dimensional and tolerance norms.

Export-Ready Packaging
To safeguard our products during transit and meet European handling standards, the reducing tees were packed on plywood pallets and wooden crates measuring 1.2m x 1m. The crate bases were designed to match European pallet height regulations, and each corner was structurally reinforced to withstand long-distance shipping and forklift handling.
