80-Inch API 5L X52 PSL2 Equal Tee Supplied for Saudi NEOM Project

Haihao Group recently supplied an 80-inch API 5L X52 PSL2 equal tee with reinforcement pad for a Saudi NEOM project. The tee has a 20.62 mm wall thickness, uses API 5L X52 PSL2 material, and is manufactured from plate raw material with a 7-seam welded construction according to the supplied order specification.
For this project, the fitting was also specified with 3PE external coating and FBE internal coating, providing corrosion protection for both the outside and inside surfaces.

The recorded yield-strength results range from 443 to 467 MPa, while the reported base-metal tensile-strength results range from 525 to 570 MPa. The elongation values are between 28% and 43% in the supplied test records.
