Spanish customer’s order of 8pcs caps

Two weeks ago a Spanish customer placed a small order for 8pcs caps. The customer requires that the material of the cap is 316 stainless steel, the size is DN150, and the thickness is SCH80. Customer needs a threaded hole at the top for 4 of these caps. Please look at the drawing below.

According to the delivery date agreed with the customer, we completed the production on schedule.  After the production was completed, I took some pictures of products for the customer’s reference. However, since it was the first cooperation, the customer wanted to inspect the products by video so as to actually measure some important sizes of the products.

According to the communication with the client, the video conference was arranged to Monday.  Through the cooperation between me and the quality inspection department of the factory, the video inspection went smoothly, and the customer was satisfied with our product quality and service.  It is indicated that we will be contacted for any future inquiries for pipe fittings and flanges.
