**Equal Tee Volume Formula**

The volume of equal tees is easier to calculate because their straight shapes can be considered as straight pipes connected to each other.So you can calculate its volume as straight pipes.Therefore, you should know the inside radius of equal tee and its height (or length) of the run and branch.And then insert the values into volume formula for a cylinder and add the results up.

Volume = pi (or 3.14) x radius squared x height.

**Socket Weld Equal Tee**

It is more like a threaded tee in dimensions, although it is a welded joint similar to a butt welded tee.Sizes range from 1/8 to 4 inches and pressure classes are 3000, 6000, and 9000.The volume of socket welding is related to these two factors.The volume diagram lists the normal nominal dimensions and various pressure ratings within the size range to meet the basic needs of the user.
