1.Forged pipe fittings shall be formed by die forging.
2.The end plane of socket welded pipe fittings shall be at right angles to the axial direction of the socket.
3.The thread of threaded pipe fittings shall comply with the provisions of 60 ° taper pipe thread in GB/T12716 standard.
4.The threaded ends of threaded fittings shall be chamfered. For the internal thread, the chamfer diameter shall not be greater than the major diameter in the thread reference plane, the depth shall not be less than 1/2 of the pitch, and the included angle with the thread axis shall be 45 °; For external threads, the included angle between the chamfer and the thread axis shall be 30 ° to 45 °. All chamfers shall be coaxial with the thread.
5.The ends of pipe fittings with bevels shall be machined with external bevels, the beveling angle shall be 37.5 ° ± 2.5 °, and the blunt edge shall be 1.5mm ± 1mm.
