The second batch of products from Saudi customers have been coated

At the beginning of the year, Saudi customers ordered a batch of large-diameter elbow, tee, elbow, flange and other products in Haihao for a local oil project. Several products of this batch have been delivered before, and more than 100 products have also been produced. According to the needs of customers, our company transports the products to the coating factory for surface treatment.

Elbows coated FBE

The customer requires that the internal coating shall be fusion bonded epoxy resin (FBE) with a minimum thickness of 350 microns. The standard coating must comply with API RP 517 Recommended Practice for Non-primer Internal Fusion. External coating: high zinc epoxy paint. The steel surface for indoor installation shall be coated with epoxy zinc primer with a dry film thickness of 80 µ m and 2 or 3 layers of epoxy high solid content paint. The total dry film thickness shall be 200 um.
