Recently, we received an order from a UK client, and we are taking every necessary step to carefully and meticulously fulfill the delivery according to the client’s requirements.

Key Requirements and Our Execution Method:

1.Seamless Fittings & Material Specifications: The fittings in this order are all seamless, made from 20# steel. For the tees, we have performed Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to ensure the integrity and quality of the products.

2.Production of P265GH Fittings: The P265GH fittings will be manufactured based on the dimensions (outer diameter and wall thickness) outlined in the production schedule. We strictly adhere to the BS EN10253-2 standards for tolerance and ensure the fittings undergo comprehensive acceptance according to European tolerance requirements.

3.Anti-Rust Protection and Coatings: To prevent rusting, all P265GH fittings will be coated with anti-rust oil, with particular attention to the bevel areas. Additionally, WPB fittings will be coated with black paint for extra protection.

4.Beveling Process: For fittings that require bright finish, we will first perform sandblasting, then process the bevels. The maximum angle for P265GH beveling is 35° (with a tolerance of +5° and -0°), and for WPB, the maximum bevel angle is 37.5° (with a tolerance of +2.5° and -2.5°), ensuring precision in the process.

5.Packaging: We place great importance on the packaging of our products to ensure safe delivery. All pallets and wooden boxes will be made of plywood with dimensions of 1.2m x 1m. The corners of the boxes will be reinforced, and the base height will comply with European standard requirements.

6.Weight and Height Limitations: To facilitate handling, the gross weight of each pallet and wooden box will not exceed 1 ton, and the height will not exceed 0.75m.

7.Packaging Consistency: Fittings of the same size will be packed together in the same box. If mixing sizes or products is necessary, cardboard boxes will be used to separate them, and labels will be placed on each box.

8.Labeling and Documentation: To ensure traceability and inventory management, each packaging box or pallet will clearly label the order number, product model, size, quantity for each size, furnace number, and both gross and net weight.

9.Smooth Beveling: We ensure that the beveling process is smooth and even, avoiding any wrinkles or defects, meeting the quality standards set by the client.

10.Precise and Aesthetic Marking: All markings on the fittings will be neat and clear, avoiding slanted or uneven text.

11.Material Integrity of Caps: Each cap will retain its material integrity, and the minimum thickness of the thinnest part of the cap will not be less than 8.75mm, as per the client’s requirement.
