Haihao Group ships high-pressure pipe fittings to to the pipeline system in Singapore
Haihao Group recently completed the export of a comprehensive range of high-pressure forged pipe fittings to a key client in Singapore. Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B16.11, ASME B16.9, and MSS SP-97 standards, these components are tailored for critical piping systems operating under severe temperature, pressure, and corrosive conditions.
The order includes an extensive selection of socket weld elbows (45° and 90°), forged tees, sockolets, weldolets, swage nipples, threaded couplings, and NPT concentric nipples. Sizes span from 0.75 inches to 44 inches, with wall thickness ratings from SCH STD to SCH XS, and pressure ratings up to 6000#. All fittings were fabricated from certified materials such as ASTM A105N, A234 WPB, and A350 LF2 CL.1, with full compliance to NACE MR0175 standards for sour service environments.
