BV witness Haihao Group process EN10204 type 3.2 certificate testing for TOP 500 companies

The famous German company placed order to Haihao Group in this month,they asked BV to check quality.The BV engineer will work one week in our factory.They have two main works.One is to check the specification according to standard;another is to witness raw material testing according to EN10204 type 3.2 certificate.

The products are flanges and pipe fittings,materials are ASTM A420 WPL6,A350 fl2,304L,316L.

BV engineer is very professional and work very carefully.He took goods by random and checked specification one by one strictly.These flanges and fittings are for TOP 500 companies,customer want high quality products,so they arrange BV to test one week.We also know this clear,we produce best high for customer.

Another main testing is according to EN10204 type 3.2.This testing is processed in national laboratory.This test includes two parts:chemical component and mechanical property.Mechanical properties test includes hardness,yield strength,tension strength and impact test.

The testing results are very good,all goods meet standard requirement.
