Special Requirements

The customer specified stringent technical and quality standards for all products in the order, including:

NACE MR 01-75 Compliance:

All fittings are required to meet the standards of NACE MR 01-75 (ISO 15156), ensuring their suitability for use in sour service environments where resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) and sulfide stress cracking (SSC) is essential.

EN 10204-3.1 Certification:

Each product must be accompanied by EN 10204-3.1 certificates, which provide traceable documentation of chemical composition, mechanical properties, and compliance with international standards.

Pipe Cap Protection:

To safeguard the fittings during transportation and storage, pipe caps were installed on all socket weld fittings to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of the products.
