Impact test of EN10204 for German order in Haihao Group

In order to guarantee good quality of material and issue EN10204 3.2 certificate,our company arranged impact test in national laboratory,BV witness the test.The main material is A420 WPL6,A350 LF2.

Impact test is to test the notch toughness of material and study temperature-dependent ductile-brittle transition.Regarding specimen of impact test,there are two types,”V” notch and “U” notch,our client require “V” notch.

Impact test of EN10204 for German order in Haihao Group

A420 WPL6 and A350 LF2 are low-temperature steel; we do low-temperature treatment to specimens.The temperature is -46.5℃。

All specimens are tested one by one, the test result is around 30J to 40J, which could meet standard requirement.
