ASTM A182 GR. F53, also known as UNS S32750, is a super duplex stainless steel known for its excellent combination of high mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance. Quality Control and Inspection Procedures

  1. Dimensional Inspection

Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for internal defect detection.

Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) for surface crack detection. These inspections ensure there are no hidden defects that could compromise safety during service.

  1. Positive Material Identification (PMI)

Using spectral analysis (PMI testing), we confirmed the chemical composition of the material, ensuring full compliance with the specified UNS S32750 chemical ranges.

  1. Low Temperature Impact Testing (-46°C)

To meet low-temperature service requirements, we conducted Charpy V-notch impact testing at -46°C. The results demonstrated outstanding toughness, ensuring reliable performance even in cryogenic or sub-zero environments.
