Haihao Group Ships Class 3000 Forged Fittings to UAE Oil & Gas Client

Haihao Group has successfully completed the shipment of a full package of Class 3000 forged steel fittings to a long-standing customer in the United Arab Emirates. The order includes socket weld elbows, tees, caps, reducers, half couplings, unions, threaded plugs, and MSS SP-97 branch connections, manufactured from A182 F316L stainless steel, ASTM A105N carbon steel, and A234 WPB.

All products were produced in strict accordance with ASME B16.11, MSS SP-97 and MSS SP-95, fully meeting the technical requirements for high-pressure oil & gas pipelines used in refineries, process plants and energy facilities across the UAE.

Stainless Steel A182 F316L Class 3000 Socket Weld Fittings

The shipment includes multiple sizes of F316L socket weld elbows, tees, caps and reducers, selected for their corrosion resistance and reliability in aggressive service conditions.

• 0.5″ 45° SW elbow, Class 3000
• 1″, 0.5″, 0.75″ 90° SW elbows, Class 3000

These stainless steel Class 3000 socket weld elbows provide excellent flow performance and durability in corrosive media such as seawater, chemicals and high-temperature fluids.

F316L Socket Weld Tees & Couplings

• 1″ and 0.5″ SW tees
• 1″ × 0.5″ reducing tees
• 1 × 0.5″ SW reducer coupling

These fittings ensure precise branch distribution and smooth pipe transitions in compact, high-pressure piping systems.

F316L Threaded & Socket Weld Caps

• 1″ threaded cap
• 1″ SW pipe cap

Ideal for end closure and pressure containment in Class 3000 service.

F316L Branch Fittings (MSS SP-97)

• 2″ × 0.5″ SW outlet
• 2″ × 0.75″ SW outlet

These socket weld SP-97 branch connections are widely used in instrumentation and process lines.

Carbon Steel ASTM A105N Class 3000 Socket Weld & Threaded Fittings

ASTM A105N forged carbon steel fittings formed the second major supply for this UAE project.

A105N Socket Weld Elbows (45° & 90°)

Sizes supplied:

• 1″, 1.5″, 0.75″ — Class 3000 (45°)
• 1″, 0.75″ — Class 3000 (90°)

The normalized A105N material ensures toughness and consistent performance under high pressure.

A105N Class 3000 Branch Outlets (MSS SP-97)

• 1 × 0.5″, 2 × 0.5″, 3 × 1″, 3 × 0.5″, 6 × 0.5″, 6 × 1.25″, 3 × 0.75″

These outlets—including weldolets, sockolets and threadolets—allow safe and efficient branching from main pipelines.

A105N Unions & Couplings

• 1″ socket weld union
• 0.5″ half coupling (SW and threaded)
• 0.5″ threaded hex plug

These fittings are essential for maintenance connections in high-pressure systems.

A234 WPB Butt-Weld Reducers (MSS SP-95)

Two high-strength butt-weld reducers were also included in the order:

• 2″ × 0.5″ concentric reducer, SCH80, length 165 mm
• 3″ × 1″ eccentric reducer, SCH80, length 203 mm

Manufactured to MSS SP-95, these reducers ensure smooth flow transition with excellent pressure integrity.
