The supplied products included ASTM A105 carbon steel fittings, ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 low-temperature service fittings with NACE requirements, and ASTM A234 WPB/A420 WPL6 reducers. These components were supplied with strict material control, heat treatment requirements, impact testing requirements, and customer-specified marking methods.

Wide Range of MSS SP-97 Branch Outlet Fittings
Branch outlet fittings are widely used in piping systems where a smaller branch connection is required from the main pipeline. The Singapore project included both butt weld and socket weld branch outlets in various sizes, including 0.75 inch, 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch, and 6 inch configurations.

Material Control for A105 and A350 LF2 CL1 Components

For ASTM A105 carbon steel components, Haihao Group provided material traceability and matching test samples according to customer requirements. For ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 fittings, additional low-temperature service requirements were applied:

- Impact test temperature: -46℃
- Impact energy: 27J average, minimum 20J
Heat treatment was carried out for A350 LF2 CL1 products to ensure the required mechanical properties and low-temperature performance.
Socket Weld Fittings Manufactured According to ASME B16.11
Besides branch outlets, the order also included socket weld elbows, socket weld tees, and couplings manufactured according to ASME B16.11 forged fittings requirements.
These fittings were produced in ASTM A105 and ASTM A350 LF2 CL1 materials with pressure classes including 3000#, 6000#, and 9000#. The combination of forged construction and controlled machining provides reliable strength for high-pressure piping connections.
