Strict Quality Requirements

Galvanization Standards:

The galvanized steel couplings must have a zinc coating thickness of at least 8 microns.

The galvanized surface should be free from white rust or white stains, ensuring the highest standards of corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.

Threading Standards:

The couplings are to be manufactured according to the ASTM A865/A865M-06 standard.

For sizes 2 inches and below, the couplings must have straight threads.

For sizes above 2 inches, the couplings must have tapered threads.

Specifically, the 4-inch and 5-inch couplings must feature tapered threads, ensuring a secure and leak-proof fit in applications requiring larger diameters.

Thread Quality Assurance:

The threads on all couplings must be flawless, with no fractures, twists, or wrinkles.
