Haihao Group Ships A350 LF2 CL1 Short Stub Branch Outlet to Singapore Client
Haihao Group has finished manufacturing and delivery of forged A350 LF2 CL1 nipolet for a low-temperature piping project in Singapore. This batch of short stub branch outlets is built to MSS SP-97, designed as self-reinforced branch connections for process piping systems.

The A350 LF2 CL1 nipolet covers multiple size combinations including 2” x 0.75”, 2” x 1”, 3” x 1”, 6” x 0.5” and 6” x 1”, with pressure ratings of 3000# and 6000#. The wall schedules vary between S40 and S80 as specified by the project drawing. Each nipolet is machined with bevel ends ready for site butt welding.
Our workshop applied specified identification marking for every unit. A 25 mm wide white RAL 9010 NACE colour band was painted on each A350 LF2 CL1 nipolet, meeting the sour service traceability requirement of the Singapore end user. This colour marking helps inspectors quickly identify low-temperature carbon steel fittings during site erection and inspection.
As a forged branch outlet fitting, the A350 LF2 CL1 nipolet removes the need for extra reinforcing pads. It performs reliably under low-temperature working conditions, commonly used for oil and gas, refinery and chemical piping in Southeast Asia.
