Quality inspection of the second batch of pipeline products from Saudi customers

At the beginning of the year, a Saudi customer ordered a batch of large-diameter elbow, elbow, tee and other pipe fittings in Haihao, with a total of more than 130 pieces. Now all products have been coated. Yesterday, the customer entrusted a third-party quality inspection agency to inspect the coating of the products. After a morning of testing, the results show that all products meet the standards required by customers.

This customer’s quality inspection includes coating thickness, hardness test, peel strength test, corrosion test, etc. According to the test, the coating thickness of this product is more than 350 microns, and the hardness, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating meet the customer’s requirements. After the completion of the test, the third party agency issued the test report, which will be sent to the Saudi Arabia project together with the product.
