Stainless Steel Plumbing Pipe Fittings-Part Two

We talked about the confirmation of product specification and photos in previous article of part one. The subject of part two is the execution of the plumbing pipe fittings order.

After careful preparation,customer soon sent the order, followed by a more detailed standard data.

1.Threaded type with standard.

DIN 2999 BSPT/NPT/BSP, customer choose BSP type.

2.Dimension standard. ANSI B16.3

Material standard. ASTM A351 CF8 & CF8M. T304 & T316

Manufacturing process. Made by sand casting (Lost wax or investment casting are available)

3.Drawing and data.

After being put into production, we have successively confirmed the marking and packing method with customer.

(1)Marking content needs to include brand, size, material and pressure as below.

(2)Packing method is carton type. Each type product will be packed separately, each pallet labeled with corresponding shipping mark.

This order has already been sent to customer and eager to meet with him. Looking forward more plumbing pipe fittings order from my customer.
