Inspection of big sizes elbows

Several days ago our goods are checked by TUV-client’s appointed third party inspection agent.The inspection is mainly for the order of big sizes elbows the biggest one is 60 degree elbows and 90 degree elbows.

The client is very strict for the quality because the goods are used in large oil project in Saudi Arab.So they made particular inspection plan for every step including pre-manufacturing activities,in-process inspection and final inspection.

The inspection contains below items:

Pre-manufacturing activities:

Raw material certification and Self-checking documents are necessary to submit to client for checking.And client also assign the inspection person to choose the samples.

In-process inspection:

 

The process of hot forming,mechanical and chemical test,heat treatment and other related manufacturing process or test results are required to inform client in advance.The client would check the related documents or witness the manufacturing process.

Final inspection:

This is the final and most important step before goods delivered.It includes the checking of dimension,visual surface,marking and etc.The details would be like below:
