Haihao Group has successfully completed a shipment of high-quality pipeline components to a valued customer in Russia. The order includes 90-degree long radius elbows and stud bolts with heavy hex nuts, designed and manufactured to meet the stringent standards of modern industrial piping systems.

The 90-degree long radius elbows (127×10, 1.5DN, R=190mm) were produced from 15X5M alloy steel in compliance with TY 1468-001, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and resistance to high-temperature and high-pressure environments. These elbows provide smooth fluid flow transitions in process pipelines and are widely used in oil, gas, and petrochemical installations.

The shipment also features stud bolts M20×110 ASTM A320 Grade L7M paired with ASTM A194 Grade 7M heavy hex nuts, manufactured according to ASME B18.2.2 and ASME B18.31.2. These fasteners are designed with continuous thread and chamfer for superior clamping integrity and reliability under thermal and vibration stress – essential for critical flange connections in high-pressure systems.
