This product is essential in various piping systems, especially in industries requiring high corrosion resistance and durability. Customer Material Specifications

The client has outlined strict criteria for the EN 10253-4 304L 90° SMLS elbows, which include:

1.Chemical Composition:

Carbon (C) content must not exceed 0.03%.

Sulfur (S) content must not exceed 0.015%.

Phosphorus (P) content must not exceed 0.03%.

Nickel (Ni) content must be no less than 9%.

Boron (B) content must not exceed 18%.

Copper (Cu) content must not exceed 0.18%.

The combined total of Copper and 6% Tin (Cu + 6Sn) must not exceed 0.33%.

2.Testing Standards:

Water pressure testing with potable water at a pressure of 0.6 MPa, in accordance with EN 13445-5.

Room temperature tensile testing according to EN ISO 6892-1.

High-temperature tensile testing at 191°C, per EN ISO 6892-2, with a minimum yield strength requirement of 148 MPa.
