Haihao Group Ships MSS SP-97 Reducing Butt Weld Branch Fittings to Russian Client
Haihao Group recently completed fabrication and shipment of reducing butt weld branch fittings for a Russian energy project. These branch outlets are designed for low-temperature pipeline service, manufactured to MSS SP-97 and fully tested to meet strict low-temperature impact requirements down to -46°C.

The delivered reducing butt weld branch fittings are sized DN200 × DN80, with schedule SCH40 on the run and SCH80 on the outlet. Raw material is ASTM A350 LF2 Class 1 low temperature carbon steel. Heat treatment is applied during production to guarantee stable mechanical performance, which is critical for operation under cold working conditions.

All dimensional checks follow ASME B36.10M. The branch fittings comply with MESC SPE 76/030 2012 and MESC SPE 76/211 2013 specifications.
