We have an order from Germany customer recently,this order is special.

Product: seamless 90 degree elbow
Standard: DIN 2605
Material: 1.4301 (304)
Size: 152,4 x 4,5 mm
Radius: R=142,5 mm
1.4301(304) elbows with both ends inside bevel 45 degree
The 1.4301 (304) material and DIN 2605 standard are normal. But the radius is special requirement. And most special is that customer need both ends inside bevel 45 degree. As we know, normally the fittings are beveled outside the ends. And normal bevel degree is around 37.5.
Measuring wall thickness of elbow
After finishing the elbows, we do necessary inspection, for example, HB test, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test and so on.
